Well, that ones a secret. Every restaurant tends to develop their own private recipe. We highly recommend our lamb and chicken Shwarma; and ,I will mention that unlike some establishments we marinade lamb cuts and prepare the meat to orders instead of using a large rotating roast like the ones you've seen while purchasing a gyro.
Zatar?
Zatar is a mixture of Sumac, Thyme, Wild Oregano, White Pepper and a few other select herbs & spices.

We are not currently offering hookahs to our guests. Check back with us and we will post information when we begin to sell, and serve Hookah Tobacco again.
Delivery:
We are currently negotiating over a Touch-screen POS system. After this is installed
we will begin offering Delivery service for the Downtown Area.
Liquor:
We are not currently planning on obtaining a liquor license. We are, however, planning to open new locations with alcohol sales.
